Dear authors, you are welcome to publish in quarterly journal of science "Proceedings of Altai State Academy of Culture and Arts" run by Altai State Institute of Culture (Barnaul, Altai Krai, Russia) (ISSN 2414–9101).  Articles metadata are placed in Scientific E-Library (eLibrary.ru) and indexed in Russian Science Citation Index system (operating contract no. SIO-4021/2020, Nov. 27, 2020).

The editorial office receives authors' materials for publication by electronic mail of Research Department of Altai State Institute of Culture: oonir.agik@mail.ru (e-letter should be marked with: "Proceedings, 20... (no. ...)". We ask you to send each article in a separate file; a file's name should have the author's surname (or the first author's last name when the article written by several authors) and two initial words of the article's title (for example, Doe_TITLE TITLE).

General requirements: an article's volume – 20  40 thousand characters (including abstract, list of bibliography and other elements of metadata); text editor: “Microsoft Word” (Doe_TITLE TITLE.doc; Doe_TITLE TITLE.docx).  Page format – А4. All margins – 20 mm. Point size – 14; type of font – Times New Roman, interline spacing – 1,0.  

Nota bene: automatic hyphenation in the text, double space characters, as well as page numbering should be suspend from the author materials. 

Composition of an author material (see also "Author materials template"):

  1. Universal Decimal Classification index; placed to the left of the page (we recommend to use any e-sources to get free access to Universal Decimal Classification (UDC)). 

  2. Information about author(s); after 1 line, to the right of the page – first name and last name of the author (s), academic title and rank; the next line – full title of the affiliated organization; next, in brackets – city, country; the next line – e-mail.

  3. Title of the article; after 2 lines – in capitals.

  4. Information on the source of article financing (if need; in italic); after 1 line, point size – 12.

  5. Abstract (8–10 lines) and key words (7–10; in italics); after setback in 1 line; abbreviations are not allowed.

  6. Major text; after 2 lines, indention – 1,25

  7. Reference list, made in accordance with requirements outlined in Russian state standard Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of making (7.0.5–2008), is placed at the end of the text, organized in order of citation. Single position of the list should have only one source description. Text references for cited sources should be in square brackets (with the indication of line number of a source: [3, p. 24–25; 8, p. 13; 15].

Nota bene! Author materials should mach 70%-originality-of-the-text criteria, follow to the journal's subject areas, meet operating requirement (outlined above). Editorial office takes a charge for articles placement: 250 Roubles ($3,14); coast of print version of issue is 450 Roubles ($6,12). For all questions related with getting an author's  copy of issues, please contact us by phone, e-mail or contact form (here).

Editorial office do not publish author's essays,
do not help to authors to correct rough version of their materials for reviewing.
